I do wedding cakes,
special occasion cakes, birthday cakes, sculpted cakes.......if you can think of it, I can make it into a cake! I
use several different mediums to design my custom cakes and cupcakes such as fondant and gumpaste. The fondant I
use tastes like the best marshmallow you've ever had, and the dark chocolate fondant tastes like a Tootsie Roll. I
also airbrush and use pulled sugar to add dimension to the cakes and poured sugar to give that glassy ocean look when
needed. My goal is to make as much of the design as possible edible.
